Balance comes back — slowly.
But consistent. And that’s what brings balance back
As we get older, balance is one of the first things that starts to change.
Not because we are weak.
But because we stop challenging it.
Two common problems I see in matures:
• fear of falling
• loss of confidence in one leg
And then… we stop trying.
But balance can be trained again.
Slowly. Safely.
Start simple:
Hold a wall.
Lift one leg.
Front.
Back.
Side.
No rush.
If you need support — use it.
There is no shame in that.
Actually, that’s how confidence is built.
Little by little,
you can start releasing your hand.
Just like a child learning to walk.
Not perfect.
Not fast.
But consistent.
And that’s what brings balance back.
